Trent Ling’s latest recorded message, “Beating Findhorn,” was preached yesterday in Orlando, Florida. In an effort to reveal the competition and to poke the ministry with rightful expectations of those in possession of the truth, the message leaves no room for business as usual going forward.
“It occurred to me that I would love to take the entire ministry to Findhorn in order to unwrap and set free our pent up people,” Trent explains. “And yet, here we sit in possession of so much more than Findhorn or any other place could ever offer. So, the standard of beating Findhorn should at least spur us on and hold us accountable for the excellence and superlatives imagined in the Scriptures. The world gives its best shot in many realms. But in Christ, our calling will always be higher no matter how much we might want to pretend otherwise.”

Love you.
Hey Meme, you’re so cute!
I’m in for beating Findhorn. Let see, when the time comes :0)
Beating Findhorn please.
love, meme
We must beat Findhorn! Let’s get the blood pumping and re-energize the Body!
I have been given everything I need in Christ and I have settled. God has expected more from me and I have allowed it to just be the same show as usual. This is absolutely deplorable! I cannot let go of the only thing that matters! Honesty to a fault was preached and that is extremely important. This message is a call to proactively and aggressively shake your life back together and become what God expects with honesty to a fault — it is not “game as usual!” And that is the way I have been living! Ugh! Father I am so sorry.
1 John 3:18 Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.
Even the Bible addresses me as the four year old I have been! — please don’t misunderstand, I know we’re supposed to become like children — but this is not the place to act like a child — God’s looking for a full grown, mature, man here, not a four year old. My daughter watches a hilarious show called Ridiculousness — well I easily get distracted when that is on — little did she know how she’s had a living breathing example of that show in the same room. Oh yea, I see some restraint available! Restraint is one of the easiest things we can do! How’s that going Dave . . . oh, uh, uh, yea, um, I, uh, well, I, uh. Oh my goodness! WAKE UP!! Father God, this indignation must become action for you! I am so sorry for the watered down religious example of nothingness.
For others who read this — please do not tell me, “Now Dave, don’t be so hard on yourself” — I got that part a while back, this is what happens when you take that viewpoint too seriously — you become a watered down, religious person who can’t push a branch out of the way! Wow, how ridiculous (see!). Time for action baby!
